My name is Sam, and I'm an associate clinical social worker dedicated to helping individuals live fulfilling lives in the face of mental health, work stress, and other challenges. I truly believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive and find happiness. One of my areas of expertise is working with individuals struggling with anxiety, delving deep into its causes and impacts. I am passionate about understanding the roots of anxiety and equipping my clients with effective tools to effectively manage it.
I am also passionate about working with individuals coping with chronic conditions, providing support and strategies to improve their quality of life. My ultimate goal is to empower individuals to live a life that reflects their values and provide reflection and actionable steps to map the route. Developing a meaningful connection serves as a vehicle for change.

In this practice, we use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches and psychodynamic approaches.
Drawing from ACT and CBT, I bring evidence-based therapeutic tools and a warm energy to our sessions that can help you live a life aligned with your values. I provide a trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ allied, and neurodivergence-affirming therapeutic space.
