My relational approach is rooted in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can openly explore their emotions and experiences, creating an atmosphere of trust and vulnerability. Informed by trauma-informed therapies and guided by compassion, I use mindfulness, ACT, CBT and emotion regulation strategies to help clients create actionable change.

In this practice, we use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches and psychodynamic approaches.
I have extensive training in trauma-informed therapies, and combined with my ability to connect with my clients on a meaningful level, this allows me to tailor our work together to meet your unique needs. My background as a teen therapist allows me to be especially supportive to parents of teens.
